Like I said in my previous blog posting, I wouldn’t recommend anything unless I would use it myself. I personally have relied on MallOnCall to help me on more than one occasion. The first time, I had dropped my laptop pretty hard, and afterwards I couldn’t get my computer to work. The technician at MacMall who was in charge of fixing it discovered the problem quickly and was able to give my laptop back to me the next day. Supposedly the fall had offset my internal fan which was disrupting the functionality of the laptop. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that you will get yours back that quickly. It depends on what’s wrong with it and how many other computers they’re working on fixing. All I’m saying is they’re great at what they do!
